TELA Training

Thriving in Founder-Driven Organizations

Classes and Training
We provide several highly regarded training sessions each year. We also develop custom training for client companies. Following are the training sessions open to the public. Let us know if you are interested in any other custom programs.

Technology Executive Leadership Academy

We will hold the next session of our innovative leadership training program for high potential IT managers in the Spring of 2010. The Technology Executive Leadership Academy (TELA) is targeted to managers and directors you want to groom for executive IT leadership.

This program was inspired by conversations at TXPEG, our CIO / CTO roundtable and developed with support of several individual TXPEG members. The graduates of our spring 2007 TELA gave it a 100% Net Promoter score (100% said they were extremely likely to recommend it to a friend or colleague)!

Since this program is gaining a reputation of excellence and we only take 16 people, I recommend you reserve space now for the spring. Please review the following information and let me know if you would like to have one or more of your folks participate.

Dates for the next TELA

  • Spring 2010
  • Wednesdays, April 7 – May 12 from 8:00 am – 2:00 pm
