Executive's Peer Group (XPEG)

Building on our belief that the best learning is with peers in an enriched and professionally managed learning team, we have chartered several groups of peer leaders with common interests who meet monthly to study current, critical issues.

Executive Peer Group (XPEG)

A group of executives from fast growth and emerging companies who have a natural passion for understanding organizational effectiveness. They are the execs on your team who run out and buy the latest book but never have time to read it. They meet regularly to share concepts, ideas and insights about building successful, effective companies.

The group investigates such topics as:

  • Making Mergers & Acquisitions Work
  • Executive Team Structure
  • Maximizing the Value of Strategic Employees
  • How to Take Hot Talent & Get Them Management Depth
  • Designing Organizational Structures
  • Planning Under Uncertainty
  • Future Trends

Topics are reviewed and selected by the membership with the help of our professional facilitators. A written summary of the key discussions and findings is sent to members each month.
